The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest and most helpful I've ever encountered in my travels throughout Southeast Asia. They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance, and even the owner and his family were there to lend a hand. The hotel facilities, including the spacious suite room and comfortable beds, were top-notch. Additionally, the location was convenient, as it was close to many shopping areas such as Mid Valley Megamall.

Nothing could have been better. My only minor complaint was that by the time I arrived for breakfast, most of the food had already been eaten.
